Air Conditioning Services In Surrey
DJE Air Conditioning provides a wide range of air conditioning services in Surrey for homeowners
and business owners who want reliable cooling and heating throughout the year.
System Design
No two properties call for the same setup, so every job starts with an initial site survey. We look at room sizes, window positions, insulation, how the space is used and where the outdoor unit can sensibly sit. We then calculate out the cooling and heating capacity needed to keep each room comfortable without oversizing the equipment.
From there you receive a written quotation covering the recommended unit(s), the proposed pipework routes and the total cost, with alternative layouts included where more than one option makes sense. Nothing is ordered until you are happy to proceed.
Air Conditioning / Heat Pump Installation
Our air conditioning and heat pump installation covers everything from mounting brackets and refrigerant pipework to electrical connection and system testing. We take the same careful approach whether you need a single room cooled or a system fitted across several rooms.
- Full site survey before any work begins.
- System sized correctly for your rooms.
- Electrical work carried out to the required standard.
- Refrigerant handling managed under F Gas Regulations.
- Testing and commissioning before we leave.
Air To Air Heat Pumps
Air to air heat pumps move heat rather than create it, drawing warmth from the outside air and transferring it indoors through the colder months, then reversing the process in summer to pull heat out of the room. It is the same principle a fridge works on, applied to a whole room.
Because the system is transferring existing heat instead of burning fuel to generate it, the energy you pay for goes a lot further. A well specified air to air heat pump typically delivers several units of heating for every unit of electricity it uses, which compares favourably with electric heaters and gives you a low carbon option that works alongside or in place of traditional heating.
The practical benefit for most of our customers is having one system that covers the whole year. Cooling through the summer, responsive heating on cold mornings, dehumidification when the air feels damp, and filtration that helps with dust and pollen.
Wall Mounted Air Conditioning Units
Wall mounted systems pair a slim indoor unit with a compact outdoor condenser, connected by discreet pipework rather than large ductwork. This makes them a practical option for a single room where you want targeted control over the temperature.
We supply and fit wall mounted systems from established brands including Daikin and Mitsubishi, chosen for their reliability and quiet running. Each unit is positioned to give even coverage of the room whilst keeping pipework runs as neat as possible.
- Compact indoor unit with discreet outdoor condenser.
- Suitable for bedrooms, lounges and home offices.
- Quiet operation, including dedicated night modes.
- Individual temperature control for each room fitted.
- Daikin & Mitsubishi AC units available.
Servicing & Maintenance
Air conditioning units and heat pumps work best when they're serviced regularly, and skipping maintenance is one of the most common reasons systems lose efficiency or break down unexpectedly. Our servicing covers filter cleaning, refrigerant checks and a full inspection of both indoor and outdoor components.
Regular servicing also helps protect any manufacturer warranty attached to your system, since most manufacturers expect proof of upkeep. We recommend an annual service as a minimum for most domestic systems.
- Filter cleaning and replacement where needed.
- Refrigerant level checks.
- Inspection of indoor and outdoor units.
- Drainage and condensation checks.
- Written report after every visit.
24/7 Emergency Callout
For customers with a maintenance agreement, we provide 24/7 emergency callout support when something goes wrong outside normal hours. A faulty system in the middle of a heatwave, or a heating fault in the depths of winter, isn't something that should wait until Monday morning.
Our callout service means a qualified response is available whenever you need it, not just during standard working hours. This gives maintenance contract customers genuine peace of mind alongside their regular servicing.
- Available around the clock for contract customers.
- Priority response for urgent faults.
- Covers both heating / cooling breakdowns.
- Backed by our regular servicing programme.
